8 Ways To Raise Your Vibe Daily

Every single thing in the world has a certain vibration and to put it super simple, some things are high vibe (more on the positive side) and some are low vibe (more on the negative side) and then there are a bunch of different vibrations in between.

 

So why should we want to vibrate at a high vibration? Because this is when we feel great, we are feeling love and joy and ease in our lives.

 

Now, I understand, we can’t be super positive all the time. We have ups and downs throughout our lives and when we feel something we need to feel it, experience it, and then process it. 

 

The key is not to stay there and keep repeating the negative thought or feelings in your head and body. 

 

If we experience something crappy we need to feel it, process it, and then maybe learn from it or adjust our path and then move forward. 

 

Just having the mindset that every experience is here to teach us or adjust our path brings you into a higher vibration.

 

When you can get here, you will start to live with greater clarity, peace, and joy.

 

You can also handle different emotions with ease and grace.

Let’s cover some of the other easy ways you can raise your vibration.

 

  1. Eat real whole food - Yes, that's right real whole food like veggies and fruit hold a higher vibration. Eating more of these foods and crowding out processed foods full of salt, sugar, and chemicals that are low vibe and when we put these things into our body over time they can create a state of dis-ease. While you're at it, be sure to drink plenty of water. Being hydrated helps make all those good vibes vibrate higher!
  2. Create a beautiful environment - When we physically declutter our space and then add things that are beautiful to us and bring comfort to us, it will make everything in that space feel better and create a sense of ease.
  3. Be grateful Daily - Gratitude is a high vibe state. You cannot be in a bad mood when you're are focused on gratitude. Having a daily gratitude practice helps you vibrate higher. Try writing down or saying 3 things you're grateful for in the morning and evening.
  4. Positive affirmations - I know this seems too easy but having some go-to positive affirmations is golden for raising your vibration. The key is it has to be believable to you or it won’t work no matter how many times you say it So if it doesn’t feel good to say, “I am abundant” Try saying, “I am the type of person who is on my way to being abundant” Or you can also try, “What if I was an abundant person” This helps it become more believable to you and your brain. Then you need to See It, Say It, and Feel it. The feel it part is most important. So instead of just saying it and writing it down, ask yourself what it would feel like to be abundant and stay in that feeling for a moment.
  5. Control what you consume -  I’m not talking about food this time. I’m talking about all the media and people you surround yourself with. From the moment we wake up in the morning to when we go to bed at night we are exposed to so many different types of media. We can’t control all of it, but we can control some. Pay attention to what you can control. Our music, tv shows, movies, the news, social media, who we follow online, our emails, and the people we surround ourselves with. Unsubscribe from everything that is an energy sucker to you. I’m not saying to pretend the world is a perfect place. I’m saying control the content that goes into your brain and protect your energy. Try this for a week and see how much you feel better. IT makes a huge difference and believe me, you won’t miss anything important.
  6. Meditate - By taking the time to go inward and be present, you give yourself a chance to connect with your higher self, your intuition. This doesn’t have to mean sitting on the floor quietly for 30 minutes a day doing deep breathing, however, if this is your groove, go for it. It could mean a 3-minute meditation, A walk in nature, a run, time in your garden, maybe when you're in the shower. When you start to take the time for yourself to connect with your higher self you will start to notice the guidance that comes in. So when you plan on doing your meditation, if you need help with something, ask for it before you start. Then pay attention to the solutions that come up afterward. It takes some time to connect with yourself if you’ve never done it, but when you do this over time you’ll start to notice what works for you. I get some of my best ideas when I run and when I’m in the bath. 
  7. Move your body - Moving the energy in your body especially when your feel not so good, sad, or angry can really help move that energy out of your body. Sometimes when I’m having a bad day at work I just stop and go for a run and then come back to what I’m doing with new eyes and a new attitude. It makes a huge difference. If Don’t have the freedom to go on a run? Just get up and walk away from what you're doing for a minute. Listen to a quick positive meditation or affirmation or just take a few deep breaths. This could be enough to move that funky energy out of your body.
  8. Pay Attention - Start to take notice of all the wonderful things we take for granted. The sunrise, sunset, the flowers blooming, fresh winter snow, the birds, the fall leaves, the summer rain. There are so many things in this life that are so amazing that we take for granted because they are always there, always present. Start to take notice and be grateful.
