5 Steps To Manifest What You Want

If you're like me you might have started out a bit skeptical about the word manifestation but now to me, all this means is focus.

It's a universal law, kinda like gravity. As far as I’m concerned that's enough for me to believe in and have faith in the process.

Another thing I realize is by reading book after book I’ve learned that all successful people use this in some way whether it’s intentional or not.

How do I define success? 

To me, success is when I feel a state of joy and flow in my life. 

When I’m not feeling stressed in any way and I’m very happy.

I’m getting better and better at this but I have not perfected it and I’m not sure if that's possible.

I feel it’s a little bit like any other practice, an ongoing process that you have to continuously adjust to your life circumstances.

So drawing from what I’ve learned and experienced over the years from many of who I consider being masters of this. Here are my first 5 steps to manifest what you want.


  1. Acknowledge your starting point - In order to know what you want and where you want to go, you need to look at where you are starting. Look at the different areas of your life and see where you are in each of them. 

  2. Know what you want - This is important. Just like when you’re taking a road trip, you have a starting address and then a destination. So it’s time to go in deep and ask yourself what do I want? Think big because you can have anything. Just make sure it’s for you. Not for your significant other, kids, parents, or society’s expectations. Go for it!

  3. Look at your limiting beliefs - These are what block you from what you want. If you’re not sure what they are, here’s a clue to figure it out. Write down what you want and then listen to what your inside voice says about it. If that voice is saying something like, “Your too young/old” then this is a block. Just so you know most blocks are a bunch of BS. So it’s your job to find out why it’s not true and CHOOSE to believe something better is possible. What you focus on expands:)

  4. Visualize what you want as if it’s already yours - This step is important. Did you know, your brain doesn’t know the difference between something that's real or something that's visualized. Athletes use this trick all the time. I like to come up with 3 different ways to visualize what I want in my life and I do it as much as possible.

  5. Take relaxed action - What do I mean by relaxed? Well, take action toward what you want in some way that you think will bring you closer to what you want. Realize though, that you have no clue how it will show up in your life. It might come in ways that you least expect so don’t be laser-focused on the how, be open-minded to that. Only be focused on the what.


These are my first 5 steps to manifest what you want that work best for me. However, I can go much deeper into what else I do to keep things coming into the reality that I want to experience.


The most important thing to remember is that your thoughts are powerful and you GET TO create any experience you want to have with those thoughts. 

So pay attention to your thoughts and to your words.
