Or should I say Happy Smoothie Sunday!!
Today I’m going to share one of my favorite vegan smoothie cookbooks.
Something I love to do when the weather starts to get warmer and I realize I’m still in my winter ready body and I’m calling in my summer ready body is to have a week where I have smoothies for at least one meal a day.
For the other two meals, I make sure I’m eating a super clean plant-based diet. By super clean I mean no processed foods.
I feel like this really gets rid of the bloat, reminds me of my super healthy eating habits, and infuses me with energy!
When I pair this with getting outside and being active I just feel great overall.
