5 Questions to Tune In & Realign with Yourself

Every week I pull cards from a couple of different card deck I have just to see what the energy of the week is and to focus on a different self-care practice every week.

I share this with my community on Patreon and I'm think of putting it on my YouTube channel at some point as well.

The reason I'm bringing it up is because it's always so aligned with what's going on in my life and it's always some great self-care advice. I'm not sure if this is just me making it fit or it's something actually coming from an intuitive e place. but it always seems to be perfectly timed.

This week's cards were absolutely perfect. Sometimes one comes out and sometimes two or more. This week we had the, Follow Your Intuition card and the Reconsider Your Commitments Card. I also have to add, the card decks I have, are generally positive decks and some even specifically for self care so I'm always going to put forward a positive practice, and I like it that way. I'm not doing oracle card readings.

These cards though, they help you look at different perspectives in your life and see what the meaning is for you.

So looking at these two cards right now, the meaning that I'm sharing with you today is.

In order to really tune into your intuition, you have to give yourself the time and space to tune in from a more relaxed state. Its hard to do when youre non stop busy in a state of stress and overwhelm. We tend to make bad decisions in this state.

Also, in order to slow down and tune into yourself, you need to not be so busy. You need to reconsider your commitments. You see how these two cards really support eachother. Such a great pair!

The self care practice is. If you would like to get more connected to your intuition we need to look at how we spend our time and what we let affect our energy.

Every year around this time, the summer solstice I like to look at how the year is going and ask myself some questions about the direction I'm going, what adjustments I might want to make, whether I'm still excited about my dreams and goals, and most importantly, how to protect my energy.

So I would like to share some of the questions I like to ask myself.

What is draining my energy right now that I have the power to change?

When was the last time I felt truly aligned, and what was different about that time?

If I had to drop one commitment this week to create more space for myself, what would it be?

Am I still excited about the direction I'm heading, or am I just used to the path I'm on?

What is one thing I can do this week to protect my energy and honor my intuition?

These are some great questions to help get you on the right track or to continue in the direction you're going in.

Either way, this helps you reset and really spend some time with yourself slowing down and tuning into your own personal superpower, your intuition!
