Gentle Self-Care Nervous System Reset (Voxer 1:1 Program)

This is a gentle, 1:1 self-care reset program designed exclusively for women who feel stuck in overwhelm, burnout, stress, or anxiety, and are ready to reclaim balance, calm, and joy.

Unlike traditional group coaching or overwhelming online courses, this program is intimate, private, and flexible. Hosted entirely on Voxer (a secure walkie-talkie style app, can also be used on a desktop), you’ll receive personalized coaching, weekly practices, journaling prompts, and nervous system support straight to your phone, without having to show up on camera or schedule long calls.

This program is a safe space to finally breathe, reset, and come back home to your body.

Every week inside Voxer, you’ll receive:

  • ✅ Action steps to slowly build habits without overwhelm.
  • 🌬️ Meditations, breathwork & somatic practices to calm your system.
  • 💬 Weekly coaching hours on the Voxer APP where you can ask questions and receive live, personalized answers from me. Weekly hours are Monday 7-8 am, Wednesday 12-1pm, Fridays7-8am.EST.  Unless otherwise notified.

Onboarding Questionnaire

Instead of an onboarding call, you’ll fill out a private questionnaire ( For my eyes only) to help me design your personalized self-care reset. This will be emailed to you after you sign up. Simply copy and paste the questions and your personal answers and send to my email so we can start right away.
