This was super easy and quick. Delicious and healthy. You can't beat that. For me, this would be a perfect recovery meal after a long hot run. I'm just waiting for spring to arrive and the snow to melt!!! Come on Mother Nature!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
1 Cup of non-dairy yogurt. I use LAVVA whole food plant-based plain yogurt, no sugar added
1 Cup of organic blueberries. I use Aldi's frozen organic, delicious and priced well.
1 banana sliced
1/2 Cup of granola. I made my own with less added sugars
2 packets of stevia. I use Aldi's brand.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
Place yogurt, half the blueberries, and stevia in a blender and blend on low to medium until combined. I use a Vitamix and highly recommend it! Place the yogurt mix in a bowl and top with remaining blueberries, banana, and granola! Wala, easy and ready to eat.
